HEDGEIT.IE — NATIONWIDE WHOLESALE FREIGHT & LOGISTICS POLICY

1. LOGISTICS PROVIDER & VEHICLE SPECIFICATION 🚛
All nationwide cargo transport is routed exclusively through our commercial heavy logistics partner, K&L Freight. Delivery is executed using heavy commercial curtainsider vehicles equipped with mechanical tail-lifts. All standard pallet configurations are double-stacked strictly up to a 2-meter vertical load ceiling.

2. OFFLOAD CONDITIONS & BUYER ACCESS OBLIGATION 📦
* Kerbside Delivery: Offloading is strictly mechanical and executed to kerbside or hard-standing ground immediately adjacent to the transport vehicle. 
* Ground Requirements: The buyer bears absolute legal and financial responsibility to guarantee that the target delivery address provides a clean, wide, clear access road and level, hard-standing concrete or tarmacadam ground capable of supporting a heavy truck pallet-jack offload. 
* Prohibited Ground: Mechanical transport equipment cannot operate over unmade stone roads, loose gravel tracks, soft mud, grass, inclines, or soft earth. 
* Access Failure: If a delivery fails or cannot be completed due to inadequate site dimensions, restricted clearance, or soft ground, the buyer will be billed 100% of the re-routing, holding, and subsequent re-delivery freight overheads.

3. DIRECT IMPORTER TRANSIT TIMELINES ⏳
* Standard Lead Time: 10–15 business days from cleared upfront payment to site drop. This window accounts for direct lifting from continental European fields, customs manifest clearing, cross-dock crating, and nationwide Irish distribution routing.
