2. NATIONWIDE LOGISTICS & OFFLOAD MANDATE 🚛

- Buyer Access Obligation: The buyer bears full legal responsibility to guarantee that the delivery site has a clean, wide, clear access road and flat, hard-standing ground capable of supporting a heavy truck pallet-jack offload [travel, local].
